Intro:  Prepare to hop into the Way-Back Machine for an interview with one of the originators of Mystery Science Theater, Josh “J. Elvis” Weinstein.  Josh was the original voice of Tom Servo as well as played Dr. Laurence Erhardt, the original mad scientist assistant for Dr. Forrester, before leaving the show in 1990.  But his impact on the show would go on after his departure, as he was the person who brought Mike Nelson into the MST fold.  So enjoy the following interview conducted by Forrest and Shawn as they travel back to the show’s early, formative days.
